These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mai Re, a family-owned spice business based in New Delhi, India. “Mai Re”, “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to the business. “You” refers to any person who accesses our website or purchases our products.
By accessing or using the Mai Re website (maire.in) or placing an order with us through any channel — including our website, WhatsApp, email, or in person — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or place any order with us.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be published on this page with a revised 'Last Updated' date. Your continued use of our services after any change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order with Mai Re. By using our website or placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
Our products are currently available for delivery within India only. We reserve the right to decline orders from outside our serviceable areas.
We take great care to ensure that product descriptions, images, weights, and ingredient information are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free, complete, or current.
Colours may vary slightly from product photographs due to display settings and natural batch variation. Spice aromas, flavour intensities, and grain sizes may vary slightly between batches — this is normal for small-batch, single-origin products.
Product availability is subject to change without notice. If a product you have ordered becomes unavailable after payment is received, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a full refund.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping charges are shown separately at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.
In the event of a clear pricing error due to a technical fault, we reserve the right to cancel the affected orders and issue a full refund. We will notify you immediately if this occurs.
Payment must be received in full before we dispatch your order. All transactions are processed through our secure payment gateway partner.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation message from us by email or WhatsApp.
You may cancel an order within 2 hours of placement by contacting us via WhatsApp or email, provided the order has not yet been packed or dispatched. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled and the Refund Policy applies.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, a full refund will be processed promptly.
We will make every effort to dispatch your order within the processing window stated in our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery dates are indicative only and we are not liable for delays caused by courier services, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the address specified in your order.
Our Refund & Return Policy governs all returns, exchanges, and refunds. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out in that policy.
Due to the perishable nature of food products and hygiene requirements, opened products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
