Our Mission
Our mission is simple: to source the finest single-origin spices from farms we know and trust, and deliver them to your kitchen without compromise. No middlemen stretching the chain. No blending away the origin.
We believe that good food starts long before the pan. It starts in the soil, in the harvest, in the hands that clean and grind. Our job is to protect that chain — every step of the way.
Our Vision
We envision a spice industry where traceability is the norm, not the exception. Where the farmer in Idukki Hills and the cook in Mumbai are connected by something more than a barcode — by genuine care for quality at every point.
Mai Re is our attempt to build that future, one small batch at a time. We grow slowly on purpose, so we never outgrow our ability to do this right.
