Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Because our spices are packed fresh in small batches, we do not keep large pre-packed inventories — this short processing window ensures you receive the freshest possible product.
Orders placed before 12:00 noon are prioritised for packing on the same day. Orders placed after noon or on Sundays and public holidays are processed on the next business day.
All timelines are from the date of dispatch, not the order date.
Metro cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad): 3–5 business days standard, 1–2 business days express.
Tier-2 cities (Jaipur, Lucknow, Chandigarh, Bhopal, Nagpur, Surat, Vadodara, Coimbatore, and similar): 4–6 business days standard, 2–3 business days express.
Other locations (smaller towns, rural pin codes, remote areas): 6–10 business days standard. Express delivery is not available.
Timelines are estimates. Delays caused by courier operations, natural events, or public holidays are outside our control. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.
Orders of ₹499 and above: free standard delivery across all serviceable pin codes in India.
Orders below ₹499: a flat ₹60 handling and shipping charge applies. This is shown clearly at checkout.
Express delivery (metro cities only): ₹120, available at checkout where eligible for your pin code.
We deliver to all serviceable pin codes within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout.
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp along with a tracking number and a link to the courier's tracking page.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active after dispatch.
All products are packed in food-grade, airtight packaging designed to preserve aroma and freshness during transit. Outer boxes are reinforced to protect against courier handling.
If you receive a package where the outer box is visibly damaged, photograph it before opening and contact us immediately.
To change a delivery address, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email. If your order has not been dispatched yet, we can update the address. Once dispatched, address changes are subject to the courier's policies and may incur an additional charge.
If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier's re-delivery or collection policy will apply. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address specified in your order.
Photograph the outer packaging and the product before opening further, then contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
