Every product that leaves our kitchen has been quality-checked. In the rare event that something doesn't meet the standard you expect, reach out within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
Product received is damaged, broken, or leaking.
Product received is different from what was ordered.
Product received is visibly stale, off-colour, or has an unusual odour on first opening.
Sealed, unopened product returned within 7 days of delivery.
Products that have been opened and used — for hygiene and food-safety reasons.
Products returned more than 7 days after confirmed delivery.
Products where the outer packaging shows signs of mishandling by the customer.
Customised blends or gift sets prepared to your specific request.
Free samples or promotional items.
Contact us via WhatsApp or email (hello@maire.in) within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order reference, a brief description of the issue, and at least one clear photo of the product and its packaging.
We will review your request within one business day and confirm whether it qualifies. For damaged or incorrect items, we may ask for an additional photo.
For eligible returns where the issue was on our end (damaged or wrong item), we arrange pickup at our cost. For change-of-mind returns on sealed products, return shipping is at the customer's expense via a tracked courier service.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be initiated within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the credit may take an additional 3–7 business days to appear in your account.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method. If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation, contact us with your transaction details and we will investigate immediately.
If you received the wrong product or a defective one, we are happy to exchange it for the correct item at no additional charge. For change-of-mind exchanges on sealed products, please contact us — we will do our best to accommodate you, though availability cannot always be guaranteed.
In cases where a product is returned in a condition that differs from when it was dispatched — for example, damaged outer packaging due to customer handling — we reserve the right to issue a partial refund that reflects the item's reduced value.
